(DIY) AMIGA 4 PLAYER JOYSTICK ADAPTER

Hello,

This is a tested and working project.

This Amiga Four Player Joystick Adapter is an Easy DIY project, all components are through hole, marked on the PCB, Easy to solder, Easy to make ;)

Actually you can make this adapter using just connectors and wires. However, it will be easier and safer to make and use with this PCB.

joysticks autofire function can be powered by the jumpers. Amiga parallel port supports only +5 Volts DC (10 mA max)

A 47 ohm 1/2 watt current limiting resistor is connected to the +5V pin of the Amiga parallel port. If you load more than the limit, the 47 ohm resistor may fail.

You can also use these DIY game controllers with this adapter, they are 100% compatible.
