TI-99/4A Atari Joystick Adapter
The standard TI-99/4A Joysticks are pretty awful. I made this to let me plug my favorite Atari standard joystick in to play some TI Invaders.
They had designed their system in such a way that two joysticks are going into the same port, by using two grounds. I'm ignoring that entirely here, and simply connecting up Joystick 1.
Male DB9 on the right and Female DB9 on the left.
(This is opposite to what I originally intended.. will revise soon.)
You may need to remove the metal around the female db9 and glue the plastic together if the connector isn't inserting far enough into the computer.
