How to make my silkscreen clear and beautiful on PCB ?

To obtain clear text on finished boards, pls make sure the width of legend is 0.15mm and height 0.8mm at least. Better to have the ratio 1:5.

For the negative texts as below picture, pls make sure the width should be 0.25mm and height 1.25mm at least.
