The board size refers to the length and width of the board ordered by the customer. If it is a circular board, the length and width are the diameter of the circle; If it is a board with irregular shape, the length and width are measured according to the largest shape range.

If you upload a panelized Gerber file, the board size refers to the size of the panel. As shown in the image below, this is a panelized design.

1. Single board:

For standard FR-4 boards: if your file is a single board,the minimum size we can make is 3mm*3mm.

The maximum size of single and double-sided boards is 600mm*1200mm; the maximum size of multi-layer boards is 600mm*700mm.

For FPC: from 3mm*3mm to 100mm*100mm.

2. V-cut Panel board:

The minimum size we can make for V-cut panel is 45mm(the side without V-cut)*60mm( the side with V-cut), the maximum size we can make for V-cut panel is 600mm*1200mm. 

3. Stamp holes/tab-route panel board:

There are no size requirements for panels separated by stamp holes or tab route. However, the stamp hole size must be greater than 0.45mm, and the hole spacing must be greater than or equal to 0.3mm. The size of the panel connection bit shall not be less than 1.5mm.
