  • Thank you for sharing, we have two questions that we need to confirm with you, could you please help to confirm:
    1. The 74LS74AP is out of stock for us, can we use SN74LS74N?
    2. There are 4 jumper caps in the picture, but the quantity on your page is 5, is the correct quantity 4 or 5?

1- Yes you can use SN74LS74N
2- J5 is optional. Users may or may not need J5 depending on their floppy drive model.

  • Hi, the design says DF1, DF2, DF3. Can this be used as DF0 by any chance? So it could potentially be booted from?

Hi. I don't think it can be used as DF0. You will either need a KS ROM change v.2.0 or higher, or need a boot selector. Thank you for asking.

  • Thanks for this. I have built it and got it working. NOTE!: J1 needs to always be set to 1-2, even if using a gotek (or an original amiga drive). Found this out the hard way, and after I translated the original designers page from polish to english, I came across this : "Due to a design error, this jumper must always be set in position 1-2."

    (Fixed; J1 pin1 and pin2 were shorted by adding a trace. 16/08/2024)
