Tektronix TDS500 TDS600 TDS700 Oscilloscope PSU Tester

This board is designed to plug directly into the PSU board as used in many TDS500, TDS600 and TDS700 series Tektronix oscilloscopes.
It provides a small load to each rail to prevent low-current tripout and to help stabilise the output voltages.
It has LED's and test points for each voltage rail, as well as the line trigger output that can be monitored to check that the PSU is sending the line trigger signal to the scope (for triggering waveforms to the mains frequency).
The push button will turn the PSU on and off to test the standby and power on/off circuits.
Actual components are unimportant, as long as they are equivalent values etc. You can use whatever parts you have in your junk box etc.
The test pins can be made from single male 2.54mm header pins, loops of tinned copper wire, or whatever you have available.
When constructing the circuit, plug the header sockets into a PSU, slot the pins into the PCB and solder a couple pins per header socket to fix the sockets in exactly the correct alignment.
Then the tester assembly can be removed from the PSU and the rest of the pins soldered (or do it in place attached to the PSU, I'm not your dad, I can't tell you how to live your life :) ).
NOTE: There is a PSU version with a smaller connector (Maybe some TDS500 series scopes? I'm not sure), this tester will not work on these PSU's.
If your PSU does not have a 40-pin and a 50-pin header connector, this PSU tester WILL NOT FIT!
