Without these adjustments, the printout may not meet your quality standards and could appear unsatisfactory. To resolve this, you should modify the design to enhance the size of the characters, ensuring they are adequately deep and wide. This will result in a more visually appealing and professional-looking printout. Taking these steps will help you achieve the desired outcome and prevent any printing issues related to insufficient character size. 

It is recommended that the depth and width of the design is 0.5mm or more, but if you are ok with a poor print, we can also make it for you.
