If there is an issue with your file where the wall thickness does not meet the standard requirements, we will temporarily suspend your order to ensure that you understand and accept the risk that it may break during the printing process.  In such cases, your sales representative will contact you via email and provide detailed photos highlighting the problematic areas. The photos will clearly indicate the areas at risk by marking them in red. This will allow you to review the potential issues and decide whether to proceed with the printing process despite the identified risks.
