This is a tested and working circuit board.

LEDs can be soldered from two sides. Please look at the pictures. This may help for easier boxing.

Second fire button is connected to DB9 pin9

Gerber files can be changed at any time. Before paying for the PCBs, be sure to update your orders!

Gerber file is updated 20/01/2024 (REV.2) :

-In the REV.2 version, a connection was made to pin 7 of the DB9 connector from the positive pole of the battery, thus, it was possible to test the autofire features of some, but not all, model joysticks. Not all, because 3 Volts may not be enough for the autofire circuit of every model joystick.

-In the REV.2 version, I removed external power input pads from the PCB, because If this REV.2 version PCB is used with a power supply over than 5 Volts, this may damage the autofire circuit of some joysticks.

Gerber file is updated 09/08/2024 (REV.3) : (I have not tested this version!)

-In REV.3 version, the pin hole spacing of D-SUB 9 Pin Male Right Angle Connector has been changed for better fit.

-PCB size increased by 2.54mm

COMPONENTS:

6 pcs. LED (You may use "common anode 3 pin two colour led" for 2 fire buttons LEDs)

D-SUB 9 Pin Male Right Angle Connector

CR 2032 or CR 2025 3V Lithium Battery

CR 2032 Battery Holder

150 Ohm 1/4 watt Resistance (Resistance value changes LEDs brigtness)

Unless I specify explicitly, all my projects are tested and confirmed to work under normal circumstances before being shared. I'm sorry I didn't have enough time to answer all the questions.
